Refund and Exchange Information

If you have any questions about your product, please contact us before purchasing. A thorough pre-purchase communication will save you the effort, money, and time involved in refunds/exchanges.
We only offer one exchange per order.
If your request is late or does not meet our return policy, we reserve the right to refund all shipping costs and cancel the exchange without a refund. Please contact us before submitting your request.

Minor discoloration, lint, black spots on printing, or loose threads are normal and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
In the event of any dispute, Wishee reserves the right of final decision and interpretation.

Refund/Exchange Process

If you choose SF Express or Hong Kong Post Shipping

If you would like an exchange or refund, please contact us via our website message or email within 48 hours of pickup. We will assess whether we offer exchanges based on the product type and availability. Please contact us first.
Please keep all packaging intact, including accessories, tags, stickers, packaging bags/paper/strings, etc. We will not accept refunds for products with tags removed, washed, worn, used, or damaged, or for products with odors other than those of the product (such as perfume, body odor, or cigarette smoke).
We will contact you within 3 business days of receiving your request.
Once we agree to return your item, please return the item intact and provide us with the SF Express tracking number within 48 hours. If we fail to contact you after 48 hours, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
We will confirm the item's condition and complete the refund process within 3 business days of receiving your item. For returns or exchanges, we will ship the designated replacement item within 7 business days.

If you choose to pick up your item at the studio,

  • When you, your agent, or a friend picks up your item, please count and verify the quantity in person.
  • After you pick up your order in person at the store, no returns or refunds will be accepted for any reason.
